Secret Santa Gifts That Wow

Secret Santa, Yankee Swap, White Elephant . . . Whatever you call it, the gift swap is a popular game (and tons of fun) to play during the holiday season. And not only is it a great way to bring a group together to celebrate the holidays, but it solves the problem of how to exchange gifts without leaving anyone out or breaking the bank. We here at Adrian Durban Florist get behind anything that revolves around coming together to offer gifts, especially when that involves the cloak of anonymity and surprise.

Secret Santa has been around for decades here in the U.S., where its origins are generally attributed to a twentieth-century philanthropist who kept his random acts of kindness a secret for most of his life. But its beginnings can really be traced to Scandinavia and Germany, where anonymous Santa Claus-like figures were delivering the goods for a long time before we adopted the practice. Today, our practice usually involves matching people up with a gift recipient who won’t know their identity. Gifts usually have a price cap, an important consideration when you’re shopping for yours.

This year, why not offer a Fabulous Holiday Fruit Basket? Carnations, gerbera, and evergreens crown a heap of glistening fruit. For something a little more on point, we love our Vintage Sleigh design. This can stay on the recipient’s desk at work or travel home, but there’s no doubt it will make them smile.

Offer your match a fresh gift from Adrian Durban Florist, and you’ll win Secret Santa.
